Welcome to the Wharton MBA Class of 2011!

On behalf of the entire Wharton community of students, faculty and administration, congratulations on being admitted to the Wharton MBA Class of 2011! We are very excited to have your class join us on campus next summer and can assure you that you are in for an unbelievable experience.

Having been in your shoes only a year ago, we all understand how significant the decision to go back to school is, let alone which school to choose. In order to help you make the right decision and show you all that Wharton has to offer, we would like to invite you to Wharton Welcome Weekend in April 2009. The three of us are working hard along with many of our classmates to ensure that we’ve planned a weekend jam-packed with any and all information you will need to make the right decision for next year – and yes, we’ve planned a lot of fun along the way!

We will continuously be updating this site, so check back with us often. For now, take a look at the schedule and some of the additional information available. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us at welcomeweekend@wharton.upenn.edu.

We look forward to seeing you in April – and again, CONGRATULATIONS!

Sincerely,

Your 2009 Welcome Weekend Co-Chairs,
Isaac Chalal, Alison Graham, and Courtney Hamacher

Student Perspectives

"What impresses me most about Wharton is the diversity of students - I've never been surrounded by a more international and well-traveled group of people in my life."
- Marta Auleda, WG/Lauder'10

"The thing that stands out at Wharton is the enthusiasm people have for learning. Studying here gives you the opportunity to live vicariously through your classmates' experiences and take away a whole lot more in two years than you would on your own."
- Nicole Kavlish,

WG/Lauder'10
