The 20th Annual Dear Friends, With great pleasure and honor, we welcome you to the 20th Annual Howard E. Mitchell Memorial Forum! The legacy of members of the African diaspora in business is rich with innovation, success, perseverance, and community dedication. For our 20th Annual Howard E. Mitchell Memorial Forum, we will take a proactive step in providing forum attendees with valuable information and resources to accomplish their goals which will in turn expand on our collective legacy and establish each individual’s legacy. Thus the forum’s theme will be, “Legacy …Celebrating the past, preparing for the future…”
During the day, we will actively engage in
sessions that will increase our self awareness and aide us in bringing our
aspirations into fruition. All the while, we will acknowledge that we stand
on the shoulders of giants and will celebrate their accomplishments and
contributions to our lives.
We hope that our widely respected career fair,
interactive panels, vertical and horizontal networking opportunities, and
poignant keynote address during the luncheon will add to your portfolio of
knowledge and talent. The forum board has worked diligently to make your
forum experience both informative and enjoyable. We truly appreciate the
support of our alumni, corporate partner and sponsors, keynote speaker,
panelists, BWUA members and all forum participants and hope we exceed your
expectations.
